I got it back in mid-July, after Michael worked his magic and shipped it back to me, and it looks like this now. The dents have been repaired and the bracelet is much tighter these days. I'm very happy with the work - definitely as good as advertised - and wouldn't hesitate to send another bracelet to Michael for repair.
