We absolutely love the Celine Classic Box Bag, LOVE. It is quintessentially timeless and elegant. There need not even be a long discussion on the bag, because its beauty speaks .
However, besides my chanel reissue 225, the celine box bag is the one other bag that can go with it all. It looks just as good with minimalist looks as it does with my business suit. It has just enough vintage to go with the boho looks, and adds just enough femininity to leather jackets/mini skirts. So I would still recommend buying a box in box leather but I'd pick a color that would age well and go well with that vintage vibe. IMO, classic colors like red, burgundy, camel, black and navy are all good choices for box leather because they go with the whole vintage style even if the bag shows marks and scratches over time.
I know there is no one authenticating Celine bags right now , I’m just looking for opinions only . This bag was given to me recently . Any thoughts ? I thought it would be nice for box owners and lovers to share their experiences (and plenty of pics) of the box bag. Here's a couple of pictures I'm drooling over from the fall collection: Bagatha Christie, JazzyMac and KBT39.

If you’ve never examined one of these bags up close, but I’d certainly recommend it. Not only is the exterior a perfect illustration of Céline’s particular sort of chic restraint, but the materials the bag is made with are absolutely gorgeous, both inside and outside.
When a newly revitalized Céline debuted the Luggage Tote in 2010 under the direction of industry heavyweight Phoebe Philo, it wasn’t immediately clear that the design would turn into the industry-altering heavyweight that it has.
